The Office is located in a large brick office building on the first floor Suite 108. If you ever have any trouble finding the office, don't hesitate to reach out.
FAQ
Refund/cancellation policy - Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time otherwise there is a 50% cancellation fee based on the service total.
Fulfillment policy - Services are to be completed at the scheduled time at the Office unless it is a Equine Massage. If clients are more than 15 minutes late the service will be considered a NO Call No Show which will then enact the cancellation fee listed above.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Cancellations due to emergency's and illness may qualify for exemption from the cancellation policy.
Appropriate Behavior
ANY inappropriate behavior/language/innuendos will result in immediate termination of the session as well as the Massage Therapist-Patient relationship. In extreme cases the proper authorities will be notified. This is a Professional environment meant to promote healing and relaxation.
1. Respectful Conduct Requirements
Clients must behave respectfully toward the therapist at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior must be reported or will result in immediate termination of the session.
2. Professional Boundaries
Therapists use professional draping to maintain privacy and modesty.
Removal of clothing is the client’s choice but is not an invitation for inappropriate conduct.
Clients acknowledge that massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and non‑sexual.
3. Communication Expectations
Clients must communicate discomfort, pain, or concerns during the session.
Therapists may ask about medical history to ensure safe treatment.
